Azam on the desk an absolute life saver. I needed an urgent document copying for morning meeting. No problem went out of his way to help. That’s what I call service!

You get what you pay for. Large room with comfy bed. Breakfast is ok apart from the tasteless sausages.

Stayed for 1 night with family. A very good experience in terms of service and staff. Very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was quite good. Special thanks to Theresa for cooking excellent fried eggs!!

We love the family ambience and warm welcome we always receive from staff. There’s a wide variety of breakfast options and with it being unlimited, keeps the entire family happy (and tummies full)!
Angela, Theresa and Nicola are full of smiles and always make the extra effort to engage with the kids - they do love seeing them and we all enjoy our Sunday family breakfast here.

Only popped in whilst doing a job, staff are friendly and the place looked really clean with a bar just a stone throw across the car park, located on sewardstone road Waltham abbey it's within easy reach of the M25

This was my third stay at the Premier Inn in Waltham Abbey, and after two great visits before, I had high expectations. My excitement was slightly dampened when I didn't see Nicola at the reception (I mean, how could they start my stay without her?).
But I was early (yes, I’m that person), and since breakfast was calling my name before check-in, I indulged in the continental spread—which was as delightful as always. To my surprise and joy, Nicola appeared, not at the front desk but in the breakfast area, like a hero swooping in to save the day! She came over to say hello, and of course, I explained I was early and politely asked if she could work her magic for an early check-in.
And magic she did! Not only did Nicola arrange everything, but she even saved me the hassle of going to reception by bringing my room card directly to me. Talk about VIP treatment! Honestly, I can't express enough gratitude to Nicola— the Best. Staff. Member. Ever!

Pub next door closed so had to go elsewhere to eat evening meal. Breakfast on site. Mostly accessible but doors to room area rather heavy. Lots of parking with some accessible parking. Watch out for non-disabled drivers parking in blue badge areas. Receptionist not very helpful. Breakfast staff good.

Really poor and not as good as other premier inns. Rooms don't have air conditioning and on a warm evening a basic desk fan doesn't suffice. Hardly slept and wouldn't go back

As a business traveller, I stay here for most any call north of the Thames. The staff, in particular Nicola, are helpful and accommodating to early check-ins and any other thing you could need. One of the best Premier Inns I’ve stayed in over 16 years travelling nationwide.
